Biography

JT was born in Wallsend, Newcastle upon Tyne, and is the eldest child of Sandra and Ali Tofeili. He has one younger brother, Jamie.

The family lived in the West End of Newcastle where his father supported the family by dancing on tables in a city centre bar called "The Hofbrau House".

He joined the Sixes in 2000 while working for a large warehousing company in Durham. A brilliant and fluid forward, JT became one of Belmont's greatest stars of the early 2000s.

At the age of 28 he was named "Belmont Player of the Year", becoming the youngest player to win this prestigious award.

Despite accusations that he has become overweight and less than energetic, he still scores effortless goals on a regular basis and is still considered to be "legs" by the Belmont veterans.
